Comprehensive, insightful piece.

To quote Ruchir Sharma, ""Markets for the labour, land and capital remain restricted even though the markets for the stuff you create with them have been freed up";

which underscores the paradox where we continue to grapple with rigidities in the factors of production, while freeing up markets. Reforming land and labour laws are critical steps for our GDP to be reflective of our economic standing as a nation ; and so long as political motives reign supreme, we will continue to stagnate.
